Do not neglect your teeth! Brush floss regularly & see a dentist at least annually - if you have dental insurance make it 2x/year. I didn’t always brush after meals and was too lazy to follow up with floss and at 55 I had one of my premolar teeth develop a painful infection. Unfortunately for me, my dentist had to pull it and I am not a suitable candidate for an implant so everytime I smile, I have a missing upper side tooth that I am self-conscious about. 😔 All of this could have been prevented had I prioritized my dental care years before.[/quote]
