Yes, but why didn't Gary just kill Xavier much earlier, rather than pretend to go along with X's plan?  It would have been a lot easier and Teri would never have known Xavier had come for her.  Gary could have easily shot him as soon as Xavier appeared at the post office.[/quote]

Gary never even needed to mention the train, just say that she left and point in the wrong direction. But I guess Gary thought X would help him get Teri away from the the train that was going in the direction that X wants to take her. Didn't make much sense. [/quote]
