The Dem agenda is pro-democracy.  Pro-civil rights and due process.  Pro clean water and air.  Support for research to improve people's health and lives.  Pro-opportunity for Americans.

The Republicans are literally anti-democracy and anti-clean water.

They are trying to pass a law to make it harder to vote as we speak.

They have torn up the constitution in pieces, creating a “unitary executive” theory that gives the president kinglike power.

They’ve rolled back clean air and water regulations as we speak.

Sometimes simply enforcing the laws we have instead of breaking them makes the Democrats pro democracy and pro clean air and clean water.

Is the unitary executive theory not real?  Did the president not just invade another country without taking permission from Congress or the UN, like a mad king?

Did the president not close USAID and other agencies that he had no right to under the constitution?

Did the president not roll back environmental regulations that determine air and water quality?  Did the big beautiful bill not show a total rejection of clean energy and environmental subsidies?  Did the president not neuter the FTC after Lina Khan had been aggressively reinvigorating antitrust actions under President Biden?[/quote] Everything you mention is under control of the Executive branch - he’s the President. Are you even reading what I wrote?  The entire idea that the President of the United States is a mini king is a REPUBLICAN INVENTION.  REPUBLICANS are testing it and the REPUBLICAN Supreme Court is enforcing it. It has no basis in reality.  It is just something they made up.  I love arguing with people who don’t even read what I said.  What is the point of arguing with you?

Are you saying that the president has the power to wage war without Congress’ permission and Congress needs to take him to court AFTER another country has collapsed, foreign leaders have been assassinated, and American service members have died?

Are you also waiting for the courts to weigh in on Trump’s crypto schemes, the money he took from the Emiratis and the jet he took from Qatar?

Are you expecting the REPUBLICAN Congress to wake up from its stupor any day soon and have hearings on any of this?

How about the dozens of court orders that the Trump administration has outright ignored?  INCLUDING re-constituting the agencies he dismantled?

Biden ignored immigration laws and let millions of illegals with open borders - he’s a mini-king. Trump closed those borders immediately - he’s a mini-king. Kennedy and LBJ started and prosecuted the Vietnam war for 10+ years without a declaration of war - they’re mini-kings. Trump bombs Iran for a days/weeks - he’s a mini-king. I find it very interesting that you slide right into an emotional argument and whatsaboutism, ignoring critical facts and circumstances, but most importantly ignore the rampant corruption from this president:

from selling crypto coins to the Emiratis,

to getting a jet from Qatar,

to allowing DOGE and Elon access to treasury data and social security numbers,

to having Jared lead a peace group with the intention of building a hotel on top of the rubble of Gaza,

to cutting out civil service employees from the federal contracting process so that they can funnel money to his friends,

to illegally tearing down the East Wing of the White House, to

Using the DOJ to cover up his involvement with Epstein and potentially, his rape of children.

All while the Republicans stand and clap for him.
