OP you sound like you have a nice figure, so I would not do a dress like this that has zero shape on top. I'd look online at Neiman's or Saks and make a pinterest board w/ a bunch of things you like and then have an appointment w/ a stylist there. For events I prefer neiman's. If you give them some notice, they'll bring in things from other stores. It also makes it easy one stop shopping b/c you can get shoes and a clutch or whatever all at once[/quote]
