NP, I think PP is inferring, [b]based on lots of different data points[/b], that there is a [b]sense of complacency and entitlement that is rampant in these positions[/b]. If we gather all the various clues (if they would only be transparent!) we would see that there is a definite pattern of them not being where they are supposed to be, for various reasons. [/quote]
