Walls waitlists all the kids who interview (unless they match with a higher-ranked school), so we can see from the lottery data that last year, for kids who interviewed and didn’t match with a higher-ranked school, the odds of getting an offer on match day were about 60%, and the odds of getting an offer by count day were about 66%. Not terrible odds but far from a sure thing. [/quote]
