The murder of a Herndon HS due to FCPS inaction is such a massive injustice and speaks to problems at the top. Administrators are incentivized to inaction and we should all demand more.
Unless you can actually prove this comment it is absolutely ridiculous and if you weren't hiding on an anonymous forum it'd be libelous defamation.
+1 How is the high school responsible for this? The shooter is responsible. Law enforcement is responsible. If the dad did not call the police, he also has responsibility. We do not know what the dad told the liaison. If the liaison did not tell anyone, that is on him/her. The liaison should have contacted law enforcement if what the dad said he shared. If law enforcement was notified, then that would be on them. If the principal knew, then that is a problem. But, does the liaison work for the principal. Who does the liaison report to? Where are the reporters on this?
And therein lies the problem. No one wants to investigate exactly what happened.
How do you know it’s not been investigated? Because no one informed you?
Well, I guess if it had happened at school, we would know more about it. Like Wooten. Why didn't the news jump in more on this. They interviewed council member in Montgomery County, superintendent, etc.
