Previously mentioned: i volunteered at both sessions. You? So instead of defending the host team, the answer is you have no idea what they did Friday bit we certainly can agree it was easily fixed (no people running around Sat evening trying to get it working), they had lots of time with the delays on Friday, and it was not them who would fix it - but relaying the info to the facility was all that was needed. Not:

Hey aquatics director do you know how to work it? No? Oh ok!

But: we need you to please contact whomever works the board and get it running. What’s that person’s name and contact? Here is the name and number of our team parent please be in touch asap. We need to hear back within the half hour on a status. [/quote]
