My kid has enjoyed the political science classes at Michigan. But he is not interested in DC. He's interested in state and local government. There are lots of interesting course options across LSA but I'm sure Georgetown also has interesting classes. This is an area where your family could do more due diligence to understand what exact classes your kid would take at both schools.[/quote]
