I get all the people wondering why “no one cares” about the other kids. We absolutely do. But if people understand just how many children were suffering, it would be overwhelming. When people are overwhelmed, they shut down and do nothing. People understand how to get angry over one adorable little kid who did nothing wrong and who went from healthy to extremely ill after only a few days in ICE custody. We need to keep the pressure up so ICE decides they never want to have another “Liam situation” ever again. [/quote]
