States are literally forcing women to give birth to children of their rapist! Why are people not more upset about this. Now women in the military are also being forced to give birth if they are raped. Wtf https://www.ms.now/news/abortion-ban-veterans-affairs-va
It continues to surprise me that women are not more upset about the erosion of abortion rights.
Maybe because we have a party that is allowing men into our bathrooms and women’s sports teams.
? Is that really worth losing your the rights to your body?
Women still have the rights to their body. Believe it nor not, there are many women who would rather run on their school’s track team than have abortions.
I think you are vastly underestimating the number of women who will need abortion care in their lives. Miscarriages are abortions, you know. And you are vastly overestimating the number of trans people if you think there will be no spots left for non trans people on the track team.
You are vastly underestimating how painful a statement that is to women who have suffered a miscarriage. Cruel.
I’m one of those women. I’ve had several miscarriages. No abortions. In a miscarriage, the baby isn’t viable and will not live on its own. With an abortion, a mother is choosing to terminate the baby’s life. That baby would have grown to live on its own. They are quite different.
This is a false assertion poster. Again, 25% of known pregnancies end in miscarriage. Most elective abortions are done early in pregnancy, around 9-12 weeks. It is absolutely statistically likely that a substantial number of those pregnancies if not ended by elective abortion would have ended by an abortion decided on by nature - or God. It is false to assert that they would all have gone full term and resulted in a healthy birth and newborn if not for the elective abortion - which is, by the way, a far safer procedure for a woman to endure than for her to carry full term and endure vaginal birth or cesarean section. Pregnancy and post partum are generally the most dangerous times of a woman’s life.
