If your cleaner is reliable, responsible, efficient + truly trustworthy…..in other words a true gem……then what is the problem of offering regular tips along with a Christmas/Holiday bonus??[/quote] Most people don’t tip every time. I see it as either/or. And tipping every time is more generous than giving the price of an extra cleaning at the end of the year. [/quote]
