Hello.

The "if you build it, they will come" school of thought? The fact that DCPS suck, so any charter school is better than the local option?  It doesn't mean (as demonstrated by some of the PPs) that they would have selected or requested Hebrew.  Why not French? Japanese? German? Russian? Arabic?  All of them are more widely spoken.[/quote]
