Make yourself make yourself an appointment with a general practitioner— a good one with a good reputation. They will take your bloodwork and examine you and make recommendations to improve your health. Maybe they will prescribe a GLP1 fo you to help you lose weight. Take the first step by going to the doctor. You will feel more in control which will help you feel better about yourself.[/quote]
