Unless someone has inside information, we don't know what it's a sign of. Restaurants close in good economic times and in bad economic times. As I said, the landlord might want CF to leave so that they can do something else with the property, and so they might have raised the rent to an exorbitant level. The Marshall's next door closed within the past year, so this actually seems like a very likely possibility. [/quote]
