Taxes are high. Shopping on the higher end is on a lifeline, close to non existent.  Dining is ok but not on the higher end and there are better mid range options 30 minutes north.

Local politics mean more dense development and more apartment buildings.   Not apparently any focus on attracting businesses or wealthy families.   Overall, more expensive than VA as well.   [/quote]
