We switched clubs specifically to play for one coach. This coach was the best coach at the club and coached 3 of their first level boys teams (ECNL-RL level) Mid fall that coach announced he is leaving and they are replacing him with some random guy with no experience for all three teams. If we did winter tryouts and found another team, can we just stop paying the first club? We are on an installment plan.
Very unlikely - they won't release your card if you aren't paid in full
If pp goes and plays for a different carding system, for instance they were ecnl and switched to mls next, the card doesn't need to be "released", right?
Probably not since it's a different league. But i guess you'll never return to the first club if you walk away like that.
The clubs I have coached with have always welcomed players back even if they left mid-year. They’re paying customers, and bonus if the player is actually good. I’ve only seen players turned away twice in 15 years. 1- the player had been on a scholarship (paid for everything including tournaments). Left mid year for the clubs main rival without saying a word and then wanted to come back (and still be under scholarship) after the spring. Board said hell no. 2- the player was very good but had real behavior issues. No way would they take him back. He had gotten himself kicked out of the club he had gone to…
