You can’t articulate exactly what Bowser should do — just that she should do SOMETHING to somehow contain the dementor.  Why aren’t you, instead, complaining about the dementor? smh[/quote]

Seems like the very least Bowser could have done was warn the public that the White House was spreading carcinogens in the air, in an area where there are tens of thousands of people every day. The Bowser folks knew immediately this was happening. They send people over to take pictures of the project as soon as it began. [/quote]
