How about you look at what Democratic states like NY, Illinois, and California have previously done with gerrymandering?  The GOP is just responding to that.

Gerrymandering is a bipartisan sin, no doubt.  But the real issue here and now is [i]off-census[/i] Gerrymandering, and that lies completely at the feet of the GOP.[/quote]
