Including for ED?[/quote] Yes, cipher letters did go out from W&M the previous two admissions cycles (23-24 & 24-25), and there’s no reason to expect them to stop this practice. There are suspicions they time the first ones to go out just as UVA releases their EA decisions, so W&M stays fresh on in state applicants’ minds. This is usually late January/early February. I have never heard of cipher letters sent in the fall before ED decisions are released. [/quote]
