Dept of Ed existed to make sure women and minorities were able to go to school. That's it.

Dept of Ed never created a curriculum, it had nothing to do with Common Core, it didn't oversee teachers, etc. All that is done by your state.

Exactly the point. The state is capable of educating people and the state can also educate women/minority. Arguably the state is more efficient.[/quote]
