[/quote] Right about him being full time staff with ASA and working in outside projects but was not with VA Dream. He joined VA Dream after ASA. But he was working within HS soccer at West Potomac and private training which caused problems with leadership. He is a great coach but some of these younger coaches can get ahead of themselves and want too much too fast. ASA leadership is a clown show so probably best he got out. He had an incident with foul language on the sideline and on the back of problems with ASA that got him the boot. Hopefully he has learned and goes on to be the good coach he is. [/quote]
