You literally had an open app to submit to. That wasn't the only way to get invited though. Would you consider the US soccer regional IDs to be open or something? Philly Union hosted the event, so obviously they're scouting. There was a USYNT scout there as well along with the MLS Next director. It was a solid event, doesn't hurt anything.[/quote]
