Yeah, $2200/month on groceries is really high.  Does that include eating out?  Because if not, you really should figure out a way to cut that.  You can eat healthy on much less even with the ever increasing price of groceries.[/quote]
Even if it does include eating out (and I hope it does and there isn’t another budget line item OP hasn’t mentioned for that), it’s high. Our family eats out (or more often, carries out) far more than we should lately. It’s been a particularly rough year in terms of chaos and demands on time, and making dinner at home has suffered. Even with our over-reliance on Uber Eats and our local Thai and sushi places we don’t hit $500 per week. [/quote]
