The reason people don't get it is that the media only shows them pictures of conventionally attractive wealthy women. The random wealthy family who flies under the radar can be of all shapes and sizes. The attention-seeking people who show up to glitzy socialite parties with photographers onsite are only a very small subset of the wealthy.
