I just ran Emory's net price calculator with the following inputs: 150k income, 15k in savings, 0 in 401k and home equity of 150k, in my opinion that is truly middle class and probably a low estimate, the median balance 401k for middle aged American is actually about 70k but I wanted to make it as favorable to Emory as possible. According to Emory's Net Price Calculator those parents can afford 31,500 per year. . . [/quote]
