One of my kids has severe allergies and asthma. She would have all kinds of symptoms if she was near a friend with cats or dogs. One time had a terrible asthma attack because she was sitting next to her friends who owns four cats (ew). Needless to say, we started allergy shots and it was life changing. A commitment to be sure. But, basically you can remove your kid from the classroom (or they will when you complain) or you can help her for the rest of her life.[/quote]
