Wow, you come, spend one day in classroom and feel like you are better than all the qualified teachers in the school? Let me guess, you are a formal HR manager that was responsible for “enhancing” and “overseeing” and “action planning”… and that’s why you were let go[/quote]

You come in one day and see how everyone is failing! Doesn’t taken a genius to figure out kids can’t read.
What’s wrong with identifying that kids have challenges and are behind? Call it what it is!
