The fifth amendment?  Which guarantees the right to a grand jury indictment?  Are you familiar with the concept of grand jury secrecy?

And the fourth?  Which requires a warrant to conduct many kinds of searches?  The approval of which is an ex parte secret proceeding?

I have no idea what relevance the 7th amendment has to criminal justice.
