Agree she's not funny but she does SNL a lot (her husband writes/directs shorts for them also but he sounds like a huge jerk) and I think sees herself as a Gilda Radner type. She also loves avant garde movies and fashion. But to me it all comes off as so self conscious and it really takes me out of it as an audience member. I hated Poor Things -- it felt like a bunch of pretentious theater kids skipping around thinking they were making Art but it was just bad. I cannot believe she won an Oscar for it. Hollywood is so obtuse sometimes.[/quote]
