They aren't high end hotels.[/quote] My experience is that the locked bottles are the standard in corporate owned chains and resorts--whether it's a Ritz Carlton or a Disney Resort or a Holiday Inn Express. Doesn't matter what the level is. Independently owned one-location places--whether it's a dumpy independently owned motel, a nice independent golf resort, or a quaint B&B are more likely to have individual toiletries still. [/quote]
