Don’t lots of kids do this who are recruited for sports? The grad finish rate in many sports is fairly low. My dc has no plans whatsoever to quit and isn’t using his sport as an entry hook, but honestly your sentiment seems a little out of whack. Lots of people quit sports… I mean only a tiny fraction go pro, so it’s going to happen sooner or later. I can’t imagine they are all branded losers [/quote]
