This because SOCAL league is year round starting in early Feb. For olders GA / ECNL is also year round but the season ends in July and starts late Aug. This means olders tryouts is in march/april/may. But even then it doesn't matter because players will just reach out to coaches of the teams they want to play on for a tryout whenever during the season [/quote]
