[/quote] Tough balance between winning games and trying to show the players to the coaches. The really top teams have little disparity between too many players. The bigger issue is the older the kids get, the less teamwork there is as they try to show off. It takes a strong coach to have a quick hook on selfish players and I've yet to seen one in this area. The teams need to realize winning games advances them in the tournament and more coaches watch the winner's bracket than the consolation games. [/quote]
