Because I could buy an investment property or two fix them up, get them in distress sales and manage that, manage my stocks better, working on cutting expenses, see if I can get a consulting little gig. Maybe teach, [b]join a board, [/b]be a fractional worker. Or maybe just do as neighbor did he just rented out his big home close in for $7,000 month and got a smaller $3,000 a month two bedroom nearby. Just pocketed $4,000 a month.
