Ill add carrying a backpack tends to pull up skirts in the back somehow.

I’m the previous poster and I wear sneakers all the time.  Foot health is more important than anything else. Your should see my mom’s bunions from years of professional shoes.  Sneakers are fine.  [/quote]

Sneakers now are much more varied, muted and polished. It's not like LA Gear with scrunch socks worn by Melanie Griffith that were dirty from the subway. [/quote]
