Err… Great Falls moment has passed if you’ve looked at real estate the past 5-10 years. Gen X and Millenials want walkability. You clearly haven’t been to Vienna in the past 10 years so won’t engage on the whole “there’s nothing there” rant.[/quote]

Most people don’t care about walkability at all. They want a safe neighborhood with good schools. There are plenty of walkable areas in Hybla Valley, but you don’t see people scrambling to buy houses there.[/quote]
