We did this with the family style takeout from uncle Julio’s.  Got enchiladas and fajitas, and then could fill out with drinks and fruit and guac  we bought ourselves.  Kid chose a cheap cake (Costco or carvels or something) so that helped too.  We ended up with tons of leftover beans and rice that I froze and had for dinners for a while after.

Another idea is the hot pot places where you pay a set fee, so at least you know what the price will be.  Those places are fun and have big tables so they won’t mind a group of teens.  My teens love those places.  [/quote]
