This is true, and I hate it, but it is not as big of a deal as portrayed. Transactions usually occur on reddit and each quarter there might be dozens of them. This is compared to over 100,000 course sign ups in general. DC has never had to do it and, while sometimes has had to wait a quarter, has never had trouble getting a needed class. Also, never even heard of a class not taught by a professor and while rooms have been triples, they have been fine. He loves it there. [/quote]
