This one was literally just convicted today.

WASHINGTON — “A federal judge on Tuesday convicted a Washington state man who participated in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot of making a false threat toward a government facility in Maryland and unlawfully possessing firearms and ammo.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols found Taylor Taranto, 39, guilty on all counts after a week-long bench trial. Nichols said prosecutors had convinced him a reasonable person who watched one of Taranto's livestreams could believe he was genuinely preparing a vehicle to blow up at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Gaithersburg. Among other facilities, NIST houses a test nuclear reactor.”
