I don’t like Comey either. He delivered a Trump win when he announced they were investigating Hillary but didn’t announced their investigation into Trump.

But everyone who’s ever worked on a restaurant uses 86 every day.  If it’s taken in some gang or street slang lately, you can’t blame a 60+ year old person for not knowing the Urban Dictionary definition.

Right, "86" has only one meaning just as "bastard" simply means illegitimate child and "b!t c h" is simply a female dog. If you see "88" tattooed on a white man with a shaven head, that simply means 88 is his favorite even integer on the positive end of the number line.

Words definitely never acquire additional well-known meanings.
