Stems from a lack of discipline in schools.
Which starts from a lack of discipline at home.
+10000000000 That’s the parent’s job, not the school. If you can’t act properly in any restaurant, fast food or not, stay away. I want to enjoy my meal in peace.
+1 This is on the parents, not the school. Schools can't fix all the problems in society. Poor parenting cannot be repaired by teachers and administrators. Parents need to step up and parent. 1. Stop trying to be your kids' friend. You aren't their friend, nor should you be. 2. Be present. Know who your kids are hanging out with. Know what they are doing. 3. Be involved. Even if you are working two jobs, you can still be involved. Talk to your kids about their hobbies. Ask them about school. Ask them to teach you what they are learning at school. 4. Set limits. Have boundaries. 5. Have consequences for misbehavior. Start young. Follow through. 6. Expect children to act like civilized humans.
Girlfriend, none of the parents who need to read your advice are on DCUM.
