In the olden days, the only anti-vax people were earth-groovy vegans who grew their own food and sent their kids to Montessori schools. For some weird reason having to do with COVID and "get the gubmint outta my life," the anti-vax idea caught on with the MAGA folk, and now they've shifted over (along with RFKJr.) to getting dyes out of foods, eating healthy and sticking it to Big Pharma (also previously a very lefty stance). That's my theory. In the past, pre-COVID, there was no connection to healthy living, anti-vax and the right wing. And yes, it's completely nonsensical because they also support getting the gubmint out of regulating water and air pollution, which of course infests our food, air and water with all sort of highly toxic chemicals. But hypocrisy and the right-wing are best friends. [/quote]
