Everyone is expected to be there nearly every time and pretty much everyone is unless there is illness or a major extenuating circumstance. So yes, the written requirements say one thing, but the culture of the group says another. Fortunately we're happy with the group, the coaches, and the people, so it doesn't bother us, but I could see how it could be a challenge under different circumstances. [/quote] What site[/quote]
