Not a great communicator and shows very little interest in winning or developing. All the good players left and even the ones who join don’t stay long either. Expect joint practices (2 teams in 1 practice) if he gets 2 teams. Very weird tactical choices with the wrong players (no merit) in the wrong positions. Bethesda parents will find out soon.
