Due process. It is in the constitution. Everyone gets due process in this country. Even the most blatant criminals. Even non-citizens. You and I don’t get to choose who gets their day in court. A man is kidnapped by our government, trafficked to another country, and held in a concentration camp, and you call it an oopsy administrative error? Wth is wrong with you? We can’t let Trump send people away without due process and just say, “Oh well, too late now!”

Would you have been ok with it if Biden had done this exact thing to J6ers? If he would have sent them to a foreign concentration camp and said “Oh, admin error. My bad! Oh well!” There was even solid evidence of their law-breaking. They were literally on tv destroying our capitol and beating LEO with flag poles, but they still got due process. [/quote]
