I am saying that Democrats and liberals have fought tooth and nail against forced hospitalization and group homes for the seriously mentally ill. Their decisions abd rulings allow these people to be freely walking around. [/quote]

You do your homework. I'm in the mental health field evaluating and working with special needs children and young adults. I'm well aware of the laws. Reagan by no means did that by himsrlf. [/quote]
