So that eliminates most of the suggestions here. Rx bars and Perfect bars are the only ones that I can think of that meet this criteria [/quote] Just looked up perfect bars. 330 calories for 15 grams of protein is not a great ratio. Also, a ton of added sugar. I forget where I saw it but I remember reading that to really be considered a proper protein bar it needs to have equal or less calories to protein when you add a zero to the calories. So for example 200 calories for 20 grams of protein would be right but 250 calories for 15 grams of protein is not great (should be 150 calories or less for the amount of protein). [/quote]
