As an earlier poster who said he got hit on regularly i can say I’ve never been unsure of what to do… but I can’t imagine a single scenario where I would’ve tried making them look at a picture of my wife.

I’ll also add that it was worse when I was in my mid-20s - i had a job where I interacted with the public quite a bit and it was 2-3 times a week and a lot of the women were over 55. And some were quite crude. It was really shocking what some women said or how willing they’d be to touch me.

Occasionally get gay men, mostly when I’m riding my bike, one guy feigned enormous interest in my bicycle, which is vintage but average and un extraordinary and it took me a few days to realize his offer to “go for a ride anytime” with me was not about his love for 1990 cannondales. [/quote]
