I think the states should just impound withholding and use it in their state to replace the funds that Trusk has illegally held back from state and local governments and nonprofits and universities. The actions taken by Trusk are illegal, but it will take too long for the lawsuits to be resolved, and by that time, the damage is done. Why give Trusk our money? This goes for Red and Blue states. Every state should do this. No more money to the federal government. Keep it in the states. Except Social Security. That has to keep getting paid. [/quote]
